I've been working on a few new scripts of late. Actually, they're old scripts that I'm rewriting so that they're smaller and leaner, and rely more on PHP. The comment script seems to be working, for the most part. I didn't have enough time to work on the other scripts, but those scripts are for my own use, so there's really no reason to rush them into production quite yet.

Argh! My IP address changed at some point in time in the past twenty four hours so I had no access to my mail for that period of time. Actually, I won't have any e-mail for a while since nobody could've sent me anything!
Anyhoo, I've been doing a bit more research on the condo front. Prices have gone up so much in the past few years. It's too bad I didn't dive in when I was thinking about buying a house years ago.

Here, we're finally getting a real test of this new update script that I wrote. It's based loosely on the new comment script I cobbled together, and it's a heck of a lot smaller than it's predecessor.
I'm trying to group all of my administrative scripts together and make the place more secure. But first I have to make sure things work huh?

Not much else happened today. I wanted to drop by the training centre to see how the rookies were doing, but I got caught up with working on these scripts that I got down there too late!
Oh well, I heard that they all passed, so it's all good. I went by the watering hole afterward, but I didn't see anyone inside either. I'll have to e-mail everybody tomorrow.

I'm still going through my scripts getting rid of some useless code that was there from it's previous incarnation but isn't used anymore. Hopefully I'll be able to make my scripts run as strict, as that will make debugging a lot easier in the future.

One of the better features that I've added was the ability to go back and retain the form information. This was a hit and miss sort of thing with the previous scripts, but when running through SSL, the protocol clobbers all form data, so I had to manually populate those fields when reloading that form.

I don't think I've been getting a lot of sleep lately because I'm completely beat already. Actually, I've been half asleep since dinner, and that was three hours ago.

I've got this annoying rash on my left hand. It's on the pinkie side, and I've had it for a few days now. I noticed it first on Tuesday and MF mentioned that it was probably due to my dry skin.
I don't remember rubbing that part of my hand on anything, much less having it turn all red like that. I'll let it go for a couple more days before I do something about it.
