Hmm, something weird just happened. Mind you, I'm not sure if I had missed an earlier call, but I missed one call on my cell. (It stopped just as I got the phone.) There was a message on the phone, so I started listening to it. Just as I was hearing the message from girl, I got a beep indicating that I had received a message! I thought it was the message I was listening to, but as I hung up the phone, it was showing that I still had one more message waiting for me. (This one from Squishy.)
The timing was oddly coincidental.
Anyhoo, I went to the client site today, and couldn't get out in time to make it to the hill to set up the radios and other equipment. Fortunately, I was just in time for the meeting, which I would've been very late to (because of the traffic and weather) had I not left early to go to the hill.

I really should sleep, but I've got so much to do. How do people handle this sort of pressure?

MF and I went to Pizza Hut for lunch. I figured that we go there since we hadn't been there for a while.
When we got there, the restaurant was mostly empty, but it took us a number of minutes before we were given a table. We had noticed that there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant at that time, which resulted in the slow service. In addition, there was only one person cleaning up the tables, and when we looked around we noticed that of the empty tables (there were only six other people there) only ten seats seemed to be clean. This was okay for the two of us, but as soon as we arrived ten more people showed up, and more seemed to be coming (we had arrived at the end of lunch time as well). In addition, there were no plates at the pizza buffet table! We had to wait several minutes before plates showed up, and there were only enough for eight people! We ended up reusing our plates (which is better for the environment I guess).
So yeah, lunch took a LONG time.
