I got up at a fairly respectable time and go around to cleaning up the apartment. (Laundry, dishes, etc.) I also made room for the potential gamers as I wasn't sure how many people would be showing up (ten was a possibility - although I hoped not).
By the time I got around to finishing up the cleaning. I didn't have time to get the food because Werdna showed up. Derelict and 2046-LM were next to show up, and then MasterStorm. Dangerman showed up with MF and Laz was the last to arrive. In the end, we had seven people playing for most of the night.
We spent most of our time playing Raven Shield, because I wanted to get it done. We got stuck on that first mission and had to replay it over ninety times to finish. Five hours were spent trying to complete that level, and by the time we got through (Laz was the only one left alive at that point), we gave a huge cheer as we completed the mission.
We spent the rest of the night finishing off the rest of the missions, but got stuck on that last mission. Argh!
Ah well, next time I think I'll try to switch it up a bit so that we can play a few other games.
