I've read through "Pretty Face" and I found it quite entertaining (although a bit unbelievable).
I also think that the x-rays I took this morning might actually be covered by my health coverage. Sweet! (The followup consultation and my laser eye surgery may not though. *sigh*)

I got up early again this morning so that I could go and get my mouth x-rayed. Taking these days off seem more like work than actual days off..
Anyway, I headed downtown afterward to have lunch with Squishy. We did a bit of catching up and discussed the fact that we were getting "old" (although "old" is relative). I wanted to talk more, but she's a busy, busy person. The food was good, although I smelt like curry for the rest of the day. *sniff*
Since the by-election was today, I headed to my parent's place to vote and eat dinner. That was a mistake. First of all, the weather had turned bad and traffic was pretty much down to a crawl everywhere even though I tried to wait as late as possible (to miss rush hour). I was able to make it to the polling station and found out that because I had moved, I couldn't vote.
Curses! *shakes fist*
I guess I could've lied, and then had my address updated later, but oh well. I bumped into EL and YL while I was there.
I went back to my parent's place to drop off the dehumidifier and have some food before heading home. (Again, traffic was bad, but at least I was able to get around the slow drivers this time.)
