[5:31 PM EST - Time for exercise?]

I don't really need to find time to exercise, but if I keep injuring myself, I may need to find a much lower impact sport/activity if I want to stay in relative good health. FlyingS has been looking into it too and came across an interesting web site on the Hacker's Diet. What I'd like to try at some point in time is the ten minute workout of death, but I can't find it. I did find another interesting set of ten minute exercises that go along a similar vein (do as many somethings in a period of time).

Hmm, my "S" key is sticking, or being activated accidentally. This is a little annoying.

[9:35 PM EST - Good deed of the day.]

I got back home and decided to check my mail. On my way there, I saw one of the security guards looking at me through the door. I waved and as I walked through the door, I heard him say,

"He's coming."

Uhh.. What did I do this time?

I got the the concierge desk and there was this big man standing there. He asked me,

"Are you [QYV]?"

Uhh huh..

That's when he explained that he was having problems with his computer and was wondering if I would be able to help him. Apparently there was a Chinese guy living in the condo who actually did do computer work and my computer discussions with the concierge made them think that that guy was me. Well, it wasn't me, but I agreed to take a look at the guy's computer.

It was basically full of spyware, and Norton was also a little out of date. Apart from that, the system looked fine. Crazy spyware programs are hard to get rid of aren't they?

They guy was happy and was prepared to give me money for my time, but I figured that an hour was not really worth it.

[9:53 PM EST - Driving Conditions: Older Asian female SUV drivers..]

Derelict and I went out shopping after work for something. On the way there, we had stopped at the intersection to the highway. There was a lot of traffic and the road we were crossing had cars stopped in the intersection. This happened occasionally and it didn't bother me. But once the light was about to change, I noticed something on the on ramp head: white lights.

Now this meant either one of two things: Either a car was backing up the (three lane) on ramp to the highway, or a car was driving the wrong way up a (three way) on ramp to the highway. Both possibilities didn't sound very good. Derelict was actually at the head of the column and I was right behind, so I couldn't see all of the details, but I could see through his rear mirror and saw this SUV cut across the road and end up facing our way in our lane as we approached.

I could see Derelict waving the other driver to turn around him so that we could pass (the way was clear) but the car would not budge. I was most surprised by the fact that Derelict (nor anyone else in our column) didn't lean on the horn.

We sat there until the light turned red, at which point the few cars that were stuck in the intersection drove around this wayward vehicle and proceeded down to the highway. I could see that the lady was talking on her cell phone. Nice.

[10:19 PM EST - Earlier, but tireder.]

Hmm, it's earlier in the evening, but I'm ready for bed.
