I heard on the radio on the way to work that Dave Thomas (the founder of Wendy's) has just died. I might go for lunch there to pay my respects. I also saw in the paper this morning about a fuel cell concept car from GM. (It uses the fly-by-wire tech used in the Filo I mentioned last month.) The idea of using four independent engines for each wheel is quite novel. I wonder how expensive it is though.
Speaking of cars, I remember seeing a hot pink hatchback in the parking lot yesterday. At least it's easy to spot in the daytime.
