Oh, the reason why I was able to go to bed early last night was because I skipped broomball. (I had to do get help for next week's swap.) I haven't been going to many of my sports in the past couple of weeks mostly due to ski patrol stuff. It's funny though. After stepping down, I'm still spending a lot of time doing patrol stuff. Hopefully once the swap is over, my time will free up and I'll have the ability to do other things?

Whoa, badminton was a lot more intensive than it has been for a while. The group I ended up playing with were a bit above my level: Just the right level to force me to run for everything. (Because I actually have a chance of returning those shots.)
I got thrown in as I got there so I didn't have time to stretch, and I was sweating buckets by the end. It's the best workout I've gotten this week! Then again, I skipped hockey, badminton and broomball, so it's the only exercise I've gotten this week..
