I have been hit pretty hard lately by comment spammers, but only for two entries from 2000 (August 1st and June 20th). I altered the comment script a little to see if it will make a difference. I also cleared out some of the old crap that was in the log (and comments).

We spent most of the day looking for a filing cabinet. After checking out to of the the 'Habitat for Humanity' ReStores and discovering that they actually do not have filing cabinets (and a couple of not so good condition bathroom cabinets), we came across another store that sold office furniture (new and used). The place had some crappy used filing cabinets left, but there was a really nice new combo lateral filing cabinet that was in stock. The only problem with it was that the price tag was around three hundred dollars, which was probably two hundred and fifty dollars more than what we wanted to spend.
Still, after thinking about it, and making some measurements, we just might go for it.
Afterward, we had leftovers at home and I headed out to hockey, where I played quite poorly even though I had dinner early.
