[Sunday, April 5, 2009: Dolsot Bibimbap.]

We stayed in to make bibimbap for dinner tonight. We had invited CJF and JB to come on over to try it out and try out our new stone bowls, but they bailed on the last minute so it was just the two of us. The food turned out fairly well, although the rice was not as crispy as we would have liked.
