MJNL was too tired to go to badminton tonight so I went by myself after we had dinner with my parents. I was only on my second game when I think I caught the toe of my right shoe and my foot rolled forward (and a little to the left). Fortunately, I was able to put my other foot down before I put too much weight on it, but I still limped back to the bench. I immediately put on an ice pack and there was no swelling, which probably meant that the injury was not too serious. I was able to put weight on the foot after all. It still felt funny after ten minutes so I decided to skip the rest of badminton, but I think I will heal pretty quickly from this one.
