Today, there was a sale going on down at Old Navy, and I found out that the ROM had half price admission after four-thirty so I figured that we could spend the day downtown. We got up a little late, but went downtown to eat some shawarma before going to Old Navy where MJNL went shopping. Well, I went too, mostly to carry stuff. Afterward, the two of us went to the ROM where we checked out the Egyptian book of the dead exhibit and then the diamonds exhibit. It took a lot longer to look at the diamonds than I thought it would and we left near closing time without checking out the gems exhibit. Perhaps next time?
We then had dinner at The Friendly Thai, where the service was not the greatest, and the food was a little disappointing. We had a coupon, which helped with the cost but I don't think we'll be going back.
After that, we headed up to hockey.

yep, service there is terrible. food's okay for the price.
