I was feeling okay, although tired, this morning so I didn't think I needed to take any anti-histamines. Now I can feel all the effects of my allergy building up and I'm already sniffling up a storm..

Today was our scheduled year end party for badminton. It was decided to try out a Mongolian hot pot restaurant this year since it was moderately cheap and all you can eat. (I didn't care in particular any way.)
I had a fairly large and late lunch with some week old leftovers and I wasn't feeling particularly hungry by the time dinner time rolled around. In fact, I didn't eat very much at all for dinner. But it didn't matter. Mongolian hot pot is pretty much the same as your regular hot pot, but they had a number of tables with their own individual pots so you can cook your own food without having to mix with someone else. This comes in handy for people with certain types of allergies or other food related limitations.
Apart from the individual pots, I didn't notice that much of a difference between it and other hot pot dinners I've had in the past. The place got extremely hot and humid. It felt like a sauna in there!
Most of us went over to MJ's place after dinner. I had never been there and was just told stories of the size of the place, so when I got there, I expected to see a big house.
It was a BIG house. It had a BIG garage. They had a BIG pool. Good lord, this place was huge, and it was very nicely decked out! I think the loft in the garage and the laundry chute emphasized that point. (Heck, why would any house need two entrances to the basement?)
I would've stayed longer, but it started to rain, and from my poor recollection of the forecast, it was supposed to rain overnight, so I wanted to get home before it got too wet for a comfortable ride home.
