Hmm, I was talking with EL last night and he mentioned that I should consider wearing wrist guards when I go to sleep at night. It might help with my wrist issues as they will prevent my wrists from getting bent out of shape while I'm asleep. Unfortunately, I only have one wrist guard, and I can't remember which hand it was for..
