I left work past six so there was no way I would be able to make it for the grand opening of the facilities at my condo. I decided to pass by Rona to pick up some things I needed for the house: a hanger for the bathroom, a plunger, and some temporary blinds. Installing the blinds was a snap since you just glue them in place. The drill my dad came in handy for installing the hanger. It only took me half an hour to figure out how to use the darned thing. Next thing I need to do is to find some real blinds, and then start getting other things fixed up, like the clock, and getting new closet doors. Man, the time I usually spend on the computer will probably be spent working on these little projects for the suite..
I did go down and check on the new facilities while they were cleaning up. I had forgotten that there were more than just the games room and the lounge on the ground floor. There was also the gym, Internet lounge, dining room, and theatre in the basement. The theatre room is nice, and I didn't even know it was there! There was also a nice guest suite, so I'll have to keep it in mind.
