Since everyone basically canceled for game day at my place, I decided to cancel the event. It was only Werdna and Growly that really needed informing, since Werdna said he was coming, while Growly never responded. Growly was going to be in town anyway, so we decided on meeting up. However, MJNL and I did run a few errands. She went shopping for some more stuff, while I went to get my H1N1 flu shot. The line up at the clinic was non-existent. It took just a few minutes to get registered and sitting down next to the needle. I had put my health card in my wallet for the past two weeks in preparation for the shot, but when I handed off my card to the volunteer, she told me that it was my Social Insurance card.

Oh dear! I had put the wrong card in my wallet! Fortunately, I had my driver's license, which was enough for them. I got my shot, sat for fifteen minutes, and left. I had no adverse reactions.
I then headed to Tiger Direct to look up a PC HD USB device, but the prices at the store were much higher than that on the website. The sale only applied on line, but the shipping fees are rather high, so I wanted to see what they had in stock.
In any case, I did not purchase anything and went back to pick up MJNL. I got to Yorkdale and we returned the boots before filling up on gas and going home.
I picked up Growly and friend from the station and we had a nice meal together. It had been a while since he had visited.
Ooh, my shoulder is starting to feel a little sore now.
