I was supposed to leave earlier. MJNL had just called for a pickup, and I was getting ready to leave when I got a call from the reception desk asking if I had documentation for some stuff that we got earlier this year. (We were sending it back.) It took me ten minutes to get all of that sorted out, and I was rushing out to the car. While I was hurrying down the hallway, I was passing by this woman who looked familiar..
She slowed down too (maybe because I was looking at her funny). So I asked,
"Do you work in this building?"
(Although now that I think about it, it does sound like a silly question to ask.) She at least said yes so I followed up with,
"Do you go dancing on Tuesdays?"
Which confirmed that she was who I thought she was. Although we still do not know each other's names.
In any case, it was such a weird coincidence! I had never noticed her at the building before.
