I went to my dentist today to get my teeth cleaned. Apparently they were good as usual so there was nothing new to report there. I then headed up to the Angus Glen Community Centre to drop off the contract for our Volleyball/Badminton gym rental. Gym rental costs were not as high as I had originally expected. I probably can foot the bill.
Afterward, I headed down to Allan's Pastry to pick up some Jamaican paddies. On the way back home, I was stopped at a light near the IBM building when I saw the cars to the left of me moving. I looked at our light: it was red. I looked back at the cars: Still moving. Good grief! The first car in the column continued through the intersection, but the one behind stopped at the line, once the driver realized that the light was still red. I could not see what happened to the first car, but I am guessing that he or she was staring at the lights going in the orthogonal direction and started crossing once the light turned read, not realizing that the cars in the opposite direction were given an advance green.
I guess everyone else was paying attention, or I probably would still be there providing potential first aid.

MJNL and I went to one of MJNL's friend's house in Georgetown. The party was for seven, but we left a little later and managed to make some good time on the road (they lived closer to the highway than I expected).
We stuck around for dinner, and played on the PS3 for a bit. The final entertainment was the UFC 104 which we stayed to watch.
