Today we had agreed to help HakkaKa and AL move out of their condo. We got up a little late, but arrived pretty much on time. There were nine of us in total, and since we were only moving a one bedroom condo, it took us a couple of hours to get the work done, despite forgetting about the locker until the end of the move. I ended up breaking their wedding photo frame when I was carrying it and it fell apart. =( The other end of the move in Mississauga went even faster, as we did not have to wait for the elevator, and there were not that many stairs to go up/down.
It did start to rain a bit, but it stopped pretty quickly. Only after we had lunch and MJNL and I left for her dental appointment did the rain really start coming down.
And boy, did it really rain.
I am pretty glad we missed out on those torrents, but in any case, I went shopping for a Toaster Oven for Windelynn, while MJNL got her teeth cleaned. Then we went to First Markham Place to get her some new glass frames.
We then headed back home where I got my hockey stuff, and then went out to Soban for dinner. The food was okay, and a little cheaper than Nakwon.
We then headed out to my hockey game where we lost. Again.
