The plan for today was to go to a Pot Luck being hosted by DeeL and KH for MNL down at Sunnybrook Park. The weather was decent so we, well I, decided to ride down. A fair number of the Woburn crew and their kids showed up. I got to see some of DeeL's family I haven't seen in a while, and MJNL got exposed to DeeL's dad.
We were some of the last ones to leave (although we were also the latest I believe), and went straight to First Markham place to look for glasses for MJNL. Since I had no sense of style, I was not very helpful in picking out new frames, but the prices were pretty good. We were going to watch a movie, but MJNL went shopping at Jacob and we went straight home instead to finish cleaning the apartment.
While we were cleaning, we got a call from KaL about playing MJ. Being family, having them show up while we were not in the most presentable state was not a problem. I did however, put on some pants. I also put on a shirt. KaL and AL showed up for dinner, and we got ready to play, when Jeanious told us that she was coming with her new boy friend! I was very glad to be fully clothed then, but we did have to make the place a bit more presentable.
In any case, we played MJ for a while before people left as it was getting too late for a pre-work night.
