That's what crossed my mind when I started putting in my elastics. I had completely forgotten about my orthodontic appointment!
I checked the time and realized that I was already pretty late, but I rushed down to the building anyway (it was across the street). Fortunately, they weren't all that busy and my changes are usually pretty quick so I was able to get my teeth done.
I was given a few new bags of elastics (skating ones instead of rodeo ones) and had the anchor fixed. Apparently my teeth are doing okay and things are progressing well.
One of the reasons why I had forgotten about the appointment was something I heard on the news: The Don Valley Parkway was completely blocked off at Highway 401. This was a bad sign, as I take that route to work. Fortunately the part that was blocked off was not actually the part that I drove on, so I did not get held up by traffic.
Oh, I also had a funky dream this morning. I was wondering if I wanted to spend time remembering it or not, but I didn't think it was important.

Okay, I'll write down what I do remember from the dream I had.
I felt as if I was in some sort of party mode game where I was controlling characters from Lord of the Rings. I had some direct control over Gandalf and one of the hobbits, but I can't remember what the heck we were doing or looking for.

I'm not feeling all that great right now. I think it might have had something to do with my midnight snack and breakfast. I ended up finishing a package of flat rice noodle rolls because I was hungry. On top of that, I had a glass of soy, two glasses of milk and a glass of orange juice.
That was probably a bad combination.
