I was sore when I got up this morning, and was in no mood to run around on a field. It was supposed to be warm and sunny today, but it was (mostly) overcast, which was fine by me, although the clouds don't actually block the UV rays.
We ended up being seeded ninth, which was good since we got the "easy" schedule. Well, things went downhill from there. It was a very close match, but we ended up beating ourselves in the end.
Fortunately, the next game was against a team we all knew well, so instead of having a semi-final game, we had a fun spirit game. There were crazy antics on the field, like jersey switching, and hat stealing, crazy bonus points, and even a walking point!
Most of the crew went out for drinks after the game and then I went home.
