[12:26 AM EST - Brace, bills and badminton.]

I got back some of my bills (from mail I haven't checked in days), and I did indeed get that package from Amazon today. I also got my first Christmas card! (From Squishy.)

I also went to play badminton tonight. I didn't play all that badly actually, but I had forgotten my wrist brace at home so I was worried that I might injure my wrist. It held out pretty well actually, although I tried not to smash the bird much. I think I'll keep using the brace for another few months before I'm confident that my wrist has healed.

[11:27 AM EST - Scene Survey: You are Farking kidding me!]

Oh my, I didn't expect to score this high. I found yet another one of those tests on FlyingS's site (I might come up with a new title for tests) and decided to try it out. Yes, it's a nerd test. Yes, I thought I would score lower than FlyingS.

No, I was wrong.

[Wednesday, December 14, 2005: Some Christmas shopping.]

I did a bit of shopping after work as I realized that I probably don't have much more time to go out and search for gifts. I ended up going to Best Buy to pick up some DVDs and spent half an hour at the cashier because they were having problems with my cards. Luckily I didn't actually have anything I needed to do at that moment or I probably would've gotten very annoyed.

Oh, I also picked up a duvet for my bed, so I've actually got something that actually covers the entire mattress. (And with my duvet cover, it's actually the same colour!)

Broomball was okay. I had eaten just before the game (since I came home late) but it didn't really bother me for some reason. I played okay, although I should look into getting something to stop the sweat from going into my eyes. A headband or something should suffice.

Hmm, I also got new quotes for the bike and finished some other bill payments that I had been holding out on. All that money I've been building up in my account will be disappearing fairly quickly in the next month..
