I went to the hill to patrol today, and ended up spending an extra four hours there. I didn't expect extra people to show up, but fortunately, we didn't have anything major happen, and we didn't have all that many people out as well. The weather was good, until around the time I left, so at least I got some nice skiing in.
I went to get groceries and make some dinner before heading out to the hockey game. I didn't play all that well, but HBK and AH ended up getting injured during the game. AH only got a muscle spasm, while HBK got a bad knee injury. After the game, the usual suspects decided to forgo our usual after game snack, and headed out to the hospital to keep HBK company. Since I was patrolling the next day, I ended up leaving early (which was still around two).
