[11:49 AM EST - Dream Sequence: Travelling Timeline.]

I was driving through the country and I found myself at a gas station in some small town somewhere in Alberta. The gas prices weren't too bad (about seventy cents). The gas attendant was making changes to the price to reflect the changes to the price based on the old way of calculating it and the new way (about three cents). I crawled through the sign and noticed a few people I recognized: SP, JM, and DE.

There was another man there who was hitting on the gas attendant, but she didn't really pay too much attention to him. After he left, she came up to me and sat next to me on the window sill. The five of us were talking before she left. The other three didn't know why she left, but we continued the conversation.

I then found myself in a school bus full of adults, with SP driving. We were still at the gas station when a man came up to the bus and started talking with everybody. Apparently he was some sort of cop or regulatory officer and the bus (which was illegally registered) had given him the slip. (They gave him the wrong registration number.) Fortunately, one of the passengers had the correct registration information written down on a pad of paper and threw it out the window. A silver car immediately drove over it, so we wait for the car to drive off.

When it pulled away, the pad was gone! Using logic, I deduced that since the pad was not there, then the pad must be attached to the car. We then had to find the car. So, we all got into our cars (or someones car) at the garage. I got into SP's car although I ended up opening doors for two other cars before I got the right one.

We then drove off.

I found myself next to a lake, with a whole bunch of other people who were participating in the triathlon. I got in the water and didn't have too much of a problem swimming, although things were fairly slow. I was staying near the shallow part of the lake, and was told by one of the swimmers of something at the other end of the lagoon (I can't remember what). I ended up leaving behind the main group to check it out. I was with one other guy, some kid with dark poofy hair. We ended up at the edge of the water line, where we climbed out and ended up in a muddy field and swamp like area. We started picking our way through in our bare feet, avoiding soft spots, and migrating lizards.

I then found myself in some sort of outdoor complex. I was one of several people who were chosen for this experiment. The experiment was time manipulation. Apparently with enough power, one was able to go back and change the time line. You didn't physically go back in time, but your thoughts could alter history so that time current time line could change. Hopefully for the better.

One of the more avid testers, was this Chinese guy, and he was working on fixing a bathroom. We talked about making the job easier if he went back and prevented what had happened to the wall. So he got the three power cables, and put them together. Something happened, but I had a very bad feeling about it. He had only put two of the wires together and was asking me whether he should connect the third to the cable or to the liquid. I didn't know what to tell him. He decided to put the wire into the clip, and I got out of the area.

There was some sort of weird purple glow coming out of the room, and I went in to check. The bathroom was still not fixed. In fact, it was worse than before! So this guy tried again, and I got out of the area. When I came back to check the second time, I noticed that the entire bathroom was squeaky clean and in pristine condition!

I congratulated the guy, but he wasn't able to open his mouth. I talked to him again, but he picked up some wire cutters and pried his mouth open. His teeth were sewn together with a mass of electrical wiring, similar to those that he used to initiate the time alteration. He began cutting through the wires to free his mouth, but I knew that it was a pretty fruitless endeavour.

I went back to the common room to warn the others, and tell them to stop experimenting. I didn't think that the powers that be would halt the testing, so I knew I had to get out of there. One of the girls, Sherry, or Shirley, had already left, so I used the pretence of finding her, to get the heck out of dodge.

Derelict followed me out, and I went out into the parking lot. I was gripped with a moment of fear when I couldn't find my car, but after a few minutes, I noticed my RSX parked to the side and got in. I could already feel the time line changing..

[Monday, March 28, 2005: Another birthday party (before hockey).]

I got up at a fairly decent time this morning, but ended up playing Fallout 2 for most of the day despite the nice weather. I also watched some of the "Farscape: Peace Keeper Wars" before heading out to the party. I had needed to pick up some birthday cards for the gifts, so I dropped by the SDM on the way.

They had some sort of Easter deal going on, so I picked up a couple of Easter cards instead along with an Easter bunny (since I needed to purchase over ten dollars worth of stuff).

The party was okay. There was a lot of food, and plenty of people there.

I stuck around for a while before heading to be hockey game (which I was late for). Something I ate didn't agree with me so I had to take some downtime before getting on the ice, so I really didn't play all that much. Oh well. I didn't play all that well either. I was tired and had no energy. We went out for snacks afterward though.
