[9:04 PM EDT - Full Belly Dance]

MJNL and I bought some Vietnamese spring rolls from T&T last night for lunch today, and we both had similarly disappointing reviews for our meals. It took me four hours to force myself to consume all four of them while MJNL had to drown them in sauce before eating her two.

To make up for our lackluster meal, we had dinner at the larger Jerusalem Restaurant site. We have been meaning to go there to check out the food and the venue at this location for a while. They had a buffet, which MJNL convinced me to try. They also have live belly dancing every night, and we just happened to be eating when the the dancing began. It was the same dancer as the one pictured on their website in fact. (I wonder if there are supposed to be others.)

The food was good. The selection was different than what we normally order from the menu. In fact, very little of the stuff we normally eat was available at the buffet, but we were able to sample many of the different types of dishes. I was disappointed that they did not have the sauteed tomatoes available, so I had to gorge myself on everything else.

Sadly, there was no signature dish that really caught my attention, but the food was pretty good. The meal was a little pricey, but I would recommend the restaurant to others who want to try out some Mediterranean food.
