[10:43 PM EDT - It is so warm.]

Wow, it is ten-thirty and it is still eighteen degrees out there. Spring has indeed sprung. I just rode back home from downtown. I had dinner with MJNL and one of her friends since they were celebrating the completion of their exams. I ended up giving her friend a ride on the bike, and I was a little worried at first since she had never been on a bike before, but I have since gained a lot of confidence riding since I started, so it turned out all right.

For lunch, I headed to Harvey's to partake in their free Angus burger promotion. The link I got was updated with a coupon that had the expiry date changed from April 27 to April 9. Fortunately, TT was able to save a copy of the coupon and he printed off a number of copies for the rest of us.

I got on my bike and rode to the restaurant. I was supposed to pick up food for Derelict as well, but he wanted a drink, so I had to rely on TT to carry the drink back to the office. Unfortunately, they had taken a detour so I was stuck at the restaurant by myself. I decided to order my food first then.

By the time they arrived, I was already eating my lunch. By the time they got the food, I was done. So I guess the timing was not so bad. It was just that I wanted to spend a little less time outside the office.

On the way back to the office, I decided to take another route since the primary route looked quite congested. I got behind this car that seemed a little cautious as the light was yellow, but he decided to stop.

There was nothing wrong with that, until the next light. When the light turned green, the car did not move. There was traffic for sure, but the car did not budge, and when it turned yellow, I honked my horn, but the car did not budge.

By then I was sweating buckets in my jacket as I had left the liner in. It served me well in the morning when it was chilly, but it was much too hot for it now.

When the light turned green again, the driver did not budge. It was only when there was no incoming traffic before he even moved forward. Grr! *shakes fist*

I got back to the office and took the liner out of the jacket.

The moral of this story is, of course, that you should update more often.

My stories have morals?
