So the plan for Saturday was to wake up early, clean off the bike and see if it would start, ride to my dental appointment, come home and sleep. However, I had so much fun riding to and from my dental appointment, and I had no problems with the bike, that I wanted to do some more riding, so I contacted Windelynn and MIBAgentQ to see if anyone was riding. Since the MM forum was down, I had no other way to find out what was going on.
I found out that there was something going on at Durka's place, so I decided to head out and get my coolant changed, since I had been meaning to do that since last year. I also brought a long some stuff to pass onto BL since we would not be seeing MJNL's parents for some time.
I got to Durka's place and MIBAgentQ was not there. In fact, nobody was there except for Durka, and he was busy working on Windelynn's bike. I found out that he had enough coolant for me, so I queued up to get my bike done after Windelynn's bike was fixed.
Well, McBain, Lisers, and Impossible showed up. Windelynn and B showed up soon after, but no MIBAgentQ. I found out that he had something else to do and would be back in a few hours.
So I hung around for a few hours, enjoying the weather and waiting for my bike to get fixed. However, when Windelynn's bike was finished, the group wanted to leave to get some food. So my bike was bumped off of the "fix" queue. Curses!
However, Durka had to get cleaned up, Impossible needed a bulb, and Lisers needed to go home, so we all went in our separate directions (I went with Impossible) and met up again at Durka's place. When we got back, we found out that yet another rider was coming over to get his oil replaced! Since we had to wait for him, I got my coolant flushed. Since Durka had washed up, he made me do all the work. Let me just say that it was one of the messiest coolant flushes that Durka had ever seen, but I did eventually get it done, and I did not get too dirty in the process.
Then the five of us went out for food. They, assuming that I would eat everything, ordered way too much. So I had some leftovers to take home since I was the only one with a bag.
I got back home, went to hockey, played fairly well, and then came back.
