It's been five years since Carl Sagan died. I've been reading "Cosmos" recently now that I don't have any other books to go through ATM. It's an interesting read, and does not specifically stay on the topic of astronomy or astrophysics. The little historical asides are quite informative, and remind me how history and science should go hand in hand.
Finally, two (other) links from the ShackNews. One is apparently the funniest joke ever. Don't worry, you won't die laughing. The other is just.. wrong. Just wrong.
