I finally got around to making the final cleaning up of the place before the party. I wanted to get a couple of extra controllers for the Xbox and just have the place looking semi decent.
I vacuumed the carpet and swept the floor. Unfortunately, I didn't actually have a dustpan so I resorted to using some scrap paper that I had lying around to pick up the dust and debris. I think a dust buster would come in handy in this case. I was thinking of mopping the floor, but that might do more harm than good! I eventually did have everything pretty much cleaned up, so I was pretty happy. The food preparation I left for tomorrow..
