I was reading the paper this morning and came across a very strange name in one of the articles (it was about biking in TO). But.. I recognized the name! There's no way anyone else would have that name. Right? Right?

I've been told that it was in fact the General. Apparently he was also misquoted, but you may want to confirm from the source himself.
