[Tuesday, February 16, 2010: Lunch, and those dumpling things.]

I ended up waking up early this morning so I decided to make some creme caramel with what was left over of the creme we had. This time, instead of using sugar, I tried using maple syrup. I think the hardest part was boiling down the syrup as I could not really tell when it was dry enough to use. Well, I do not think I boiled it long enough, but whatever, I made my desserts, which were not actually eaten in the end.

In any case, we headed out to Kaze for a large lunch thing with MJNL's family and my parents, where we made the whole announcement. I bumped into YP who recognized me somehow. Afterward, the entire group headed to MIBAgentQ's place to hang and to learn how to make those New Year dumpling snack things. I do not know what the English name for them are. I personally played poker.

Afterward, MJNL and I went over to my parents' place where we played some MJ, went out for a small dinner and then headed home.
