I woke up this morning and the room was bright. The room is not supposed to be bright when I wake up in the morning. It took me a split second to realize that I had slept in, and a few more seconds of frantically tapping on my iPad to find out what the time was and why the alarm did not go off. It was not too bad, since I slept in for an hour. (I basically had to skip lunch and we had to shower quickly.) But I could not figure out why the alarm did not go off.
In any case, we got to work on time.
We went to badminton after work, and as I was glancing over at a newspaper on the floor, I recognized someone on a photo for one of the articles. I picked up the paper and realized that it was indeed DC! The on line article did not have a picture of the happy couple, but I still found it quite interesting to see him on the paper. He was telling me about their wedding plans last year, and basically said the same thing as was written down in the article.
Maybe we could do 11/11/11. That would certainly be a day to remember.
