I have been meaning to drop Bell as an ISP for quite some time now seeing as the price for my high speed connection keeps going up and up. I was not sure who to go to though.
Garfield suggested TekSavvy.

I also use TekSavvy and am pretty happy with them. Before that I've used both Bell and Rogers.
I would suggest checking out Canadian ISP.ca.

I was going to recommend Sentex -- I've had them for a number of years and I'm quite happy. The problem though is that since you don't have a land line, you'll be looking for a dry DSL line. Unfortunately, Bell will be laughing all the way to the bank since the DSL company will be forced to charge you the dry DSL fee.
They giveth with one hand and they taketh with the other.

Oops, it's not called a "Dry DSL fee" but the "Band Rate".
