[11:25 AM EDT - Staying over Juno's dinner pie-ides.]

MJNL and I went out to dinner with a couple of friends of hers and their respective significant others. Actually, one of them was LizE whom some of you may already know, and we talked about some people we knew, including Growly and Riston. It is interesting how some people act differently around the different genders. The stuff she was saying about Riston was, well, pretty much what I saw as well. However, being a guy and having a high tolerance for 'shenanigans', things like that did not bother me. But not everyone can enjoy a crude sense of humor, and this boy certainly can take crude to a whole new level! Of course, there are places and times that crudeness is not a good idea..

Anyway, dinner was good, filling, and entertaining. We ended up talking so long that we didn't realize that the restaurant was already getting close to closing time! Oh, one of MJNL's uncles owned the restaurant, so when we asked for the bill, he refused to give us one. In protest, we left several green bills on the table, which should have been sufficient. (None of us kept track of what we ordered, we just kept ordering, and ordering, and..)

Oh, I forgot to mention that yesterday was 'Pi Day' and today is the 'Ides of March'.

Since we were near MJNL's parent's place, we dropped by her parent's place since she wanted to see BL, who ironically was not home. But since it was so late, we stayed over for the night. Actually, the plan was to stay over anyway, but I did not expect us to get to the house so late.

However, we did get to watch 'Juno' and it was a pretty good movie! The people in there were quite.. real. In a believably real sense.

While I am on the topic of entertainment, I finished reading The Kite Runner. It was a pretty good book and I will start reading A Thousand Splendid Suns soon.

I can not really maintain my old format of going back in time to update older entries as I do not have the time to go sifting through my past right now. But I hope that I can at least make it fairly easy to look things up since the entries should be a lot longer and more packed, rather than small and numerous.

The schedule for the future keeps getting filled up with things to do, and hopefully I will have time to write about them all, but I do believe that I have forgotten to chronicle a vast portion of my life now, which makes me sad as I cannot even remember what happened before. For example, I have had many interesting dreams this past week, but without the time to jot them down on here, I have since forgotten them all.

Ah well. Such is a busy and interesting life.
