It feels as if I have gone back to the old days of eternal soreness. My arms and shoulders are sore, and I an awfully tired in the mornings (and at night) as well. Getting a lot of exercise we are!
Oh, before I go, last night on the way to badminton, MJNL had a craving for fries. I did not know of any good places for fries along the way, so we just drove until we came across a restaurant we wouldn't mind eating from. We nixed the McDonald's idea and settled on the Taco Bell across the street. When we walked into the building, I noticed large signs saying,
"Free Tacos. 3pm - 6pm."
Say, it was still before six..
So when we talked to the cashier, she was telling us that Taco Bell was having some sort of promotion to promote the fact that the Taco Bell tacos use at least 80% real beef in their tacos, and they were giving one free taco to every customer from the 7th to 13th. Wow, I had not heard about this, but we made it just under the wire!
We got our fries and our free tacos. But noticed that there was not a lot of meat in the taco anyway.. (and too much processed cheese in the fries supreme)

...plus, Taco Bell employees make tacos by mechanically squirting the "meat" out of a gun-like device.

P.S. Here's a link to an article of what Taco Bell claims is in its beef as well as details of the lawsuit (in the USA, of course) which claims it's only 35% beef.

In either case, I rarely eat at Taco Bell, or any other fast food chain either. Mind you, I wonder how healthy all of those cheap Chinese restaurants are around my parents' place..
