LK was in town so MJNL and I went with my parents to have dinner with her and a co-worker. The original intent was to take them out to the Braised Bull, but due to time constraints, they settled for the Chinese restaurant that had recently opened up near my parents' place. (MJNL and I had gone there before while my parents were out of town and the food was decent, although the place was chilly.)
When we got to the restaurant, I saw HS and KS eating at the restaurant too! So I introduced KS to MJNL and chatted for a bit before sitting down with our party. The restaurant was pretty chilly. The were a couple of space heaters situated around the restaurant, but I was just wondering why they could not just turn up the heat? (Or even shunt some of the hot air from the kitchen into the dining area?)
Ah, whatever. At least the food was tasty.
